What About My Security Light?
The light on the left produces extensive glare and light trespass. Replacing the acrylic lens with a shield produces 45% more light on the ground.
To save money, replace the photocontrol with a “half night” photocontrol. This will turn the light off half way through the night. If you’re not awake to use the light, why give criminals the light they need to come onto your property? The energy savings provided by half night operation will pay for this photocontrol quickly.
